Galloway Marathon Training Program Kick-Off: Soldier Marathon

Why:                Jeff Galloway, former U.S. Olympian, will be here in person to help kick off another Galloway Marathon
                         Training Group! The Galloway Marathon Training Program uses a run/walk method to prepare you to finish
                         your race. It is recommended that you be able to run three miles prior to starting the program, as you will
                         be expected to complete two 30-minute runs during the week and a long group run on the weekend.

                         Three training plans are offered: year-long training, marathon training, and half-marathon training. The
                         marathon training group will begin on May 19th, while the half-marathon group will begin July 28th, in
                         training for the Soldier Marathon and Half-Marathon. During your participation in the Galloway Training
                         Group, you are eligible for a 15% discount on Brooks shoes and apparel at Big Dog!
